摘　　要：目的:分析他克莫司软膏联合超脉冲CO_(2)点阵激光治疗慢性肥厚性湿疹的效果。方法:选取2021年2月—2023年3月昆明医科大学第二附属医院收治的112例慢性肥厚性湿疹患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各56例。对照组外用他克莫司软膏治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合超脉冲CO_(2)点阵激光治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组皮肤破溃、皮肤潮红、皮肤瘙痒、皮肤灼热、皮肤渗液积分低于治疗前,且观察组较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:他克莫司软膏联合超脉冲CO_(2)点阵激光治疗慢性肥厚性湿疹的效果显著,可改善患者临床症状,增强免疫功能。Objective:To analyze the effect of tacrolimus combined with ultrapulse fractional CO_(2)laser in the treatment of chronic hypertrophic eczema.Methods:A total of 112 patients with chronic hypertrophic eczema admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from February 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to a random number table method,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with topical tacrolimus ointment,and the observation group was treated with ultrapulse fractional CO_(2)laser on the basis of control group.The treatment effects were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of skin ulceration,skin flushing,skin itching,skin burning,and skin exudate in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and these indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tacrolimus ointment combined with ultrapulse fractional CO_(2)laser is effective in the treatment of chronic hypertrophic eczema.It can improve clinical symptoms of patients,and enhance immune function.
