摘　　要：目的:探究红炉拨筋疗法在风寒型周围性面瘫恢复期患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年8月—2023年11月广东省第二中医院黄埔针康病区及门诊收治的周围性面瘫恢复期患者64例作为研究对象,根据抽签法随机分为对照组和观察组,各32例。对照组实施常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合红炉拨筋疗法治疗。比较两组面神经功能分级、治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组面神经功能分级对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组面神经功能分级优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.045)。结论:红炉拨筋疗法在风寒型周围性面瘫恢复期患者中的应用效果显著,可改善患者的面神经功能,促进其恢复。Objective:To explore the application effect of red furnace tendon therapy in patients with wind-cold peripheral facial paralysis in convalescent period.Methods:A total of 64 convalescent patients with peripheral facial paralysis admitted to the Huangpu Acupuncture Rehabilitation Ward and Outpatient Department at Guangdong Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from August 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the lottery method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received red furnace tendon therapy on the basis of the control group.The facial nerve function grading and treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in facial nerve function grading between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the facial nerve function grading in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.045).Conclusion:The application of red furnace tendon therapy in patients with wind-cold peripheral facial paralysis in convalescent period has remarkable effects,and can improve the facial nerve function and promote their recovery.
