芍药汤合痛泻要方联合常规西药治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:分析芍药汤合痛泻要方联合常规西药治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果。方法:选取2023年1—12月酒泉市中医医院收治的100例慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予芍药汤合痛泻要方治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:与对照组比较,观察组治疗总有效率更高(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组腹泻、腹痛、腹胀、黏液脓血便症状评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组TNF-α、IL-8、IL-10水平均有所改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:芍药汤合痛泻要方联合常规西药治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果显著,可减轻患者临床症状及炎性反应,且不会增加不良反应。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Shaoyao Decoction plus Tongxie Prescription combined with conventional western medicine in treatment of chronic ulcerative colitis.Methods:A total of 100 patients with chronic ulcerative colitis admitted to Jiuquan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group(n=50)and control group(n=50).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Shaoyao Decoction plus Tongxie Prescription on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher total effective rate(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of diarrhea,abdominal pain,abdominal distension,and mucous purulent bloody stool in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-8(IL-8)and interleukin-10(IL-10)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-8 and IL-10 in the two groups were improved,and the levels in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shaoyao Decoction plus Tongxie Prescription combined with conventional western medicine in treatment of chronic ulcerative colitis has a significant clinical effect,and can relieve the clinical symptoms and inflammatory reactions of patients,and may not increase adverse reactions.
