优质护理在乙型肝炎肝硬化伴上消化道出血患者护理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨优质护理在乙型肝炎肝硬化伴上消化道出血患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2023年4月连州市人民医院收治的乙型肝炎肝硬化伴上消化道出血患者60例作为研究对象,以奇偶数法分为两组,各30例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施优质护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组出血量少于对照组,出血时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理在乙型肝炎肝硬化伴上消化道出血患者护理中的应用效果显著,可减少出血量,缩短患者出血时间与住院时间,改善其负性情绪,减少并发症。Objective:To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:A total of 60 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis and upper gastrointestinal bleeding who were admitted to Lianzhou People's Hospital from January 2019 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups by odd and even number method with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the study group received high-quality nursing on the basis of control group.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The bleeding volume in the study group was less than that in the control group,and the bleeding time and the length of hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of high-quality nursing in the nursing of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis and upper gastrointestinal bleeding has significant effect,and can reduce the bleeding volume,shorten the bleeding time and the length of hospital stay of patients,improve their negative emotions,and reduce complications.
