精细化流程管理在手术室医院感染控制中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨精细化流程管理在手术室医院感染控制中的应用效果。方法:新疆和田地区人民医院于2021年1—12月实施常规手术室感染管理,2022年1—12月实施精细化流程管理,比较管理前后护理人员院感防控质量及手术室样品合格率。分别选取管理前后各50例手术患者作为对照组和观察组,比较两组医院感染发生情况。结果:管理后,护理人员医疗设施、环境管理、手卫生、消毒管理评分均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后,手术室样品合格率高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者医院感染总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精细化流程管理在手术室医院感染控制中的应用效果显著,可提高护理人员工作质量及手术室样品合格率,降低患者医院感染发生率。Objective:To explore the application effect of fine process management on hospital infection control in operating room.Methods:Xinjiang Hotan District People's Hospital implemented routine infection management in the operating room from January 2021 to December 2021,and implemented fine process management from January 2022 to December 2022.Tthe quality of hospital infection prevention and control of nursing staff and the qualified rate of operating room samples before and after management were analyzed.Fifty surgical patients before management and fifty surgical patients after management were selected as the control group and observation group.The occurrence of hospital infection in the two groups was compared.Results:After management,the scores of medical facilities,environmental management,hand hygiene and disinfection management of nursing staff were higher than those before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the qualified rate of operating room samples was higher than that before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of hospital infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of fine process management in the hospital infection control in the operating room has a significant effect,and can improve the work quality of nursing staff,increase the qualified rate of operating room samples,and reduce the incidence of hospital infection in patients.
