摘　　要：现代化医院管理是应用现代化的管理理念对医院进行科学、系统的管理。该文阐述了现代化医院管理的内容、三级医院应用现代化医院管理的意义,并从先进的技术管理手段、创新的管理理念与方法、制定绩效评价体系与激励机制等方面分析在三级医院发展中深入应用现代化医院管理的实践策略,说明了现代化医院管理的重要性以及在三级医院中的应用价值。Modern hospital management refers to the scientific and systematic management of hospitals using modern management concepts.This paper expounds the content of modern hospital management and the significance of applying modern hospital management in tertiary hospitals,and analyzes the practical strategies for the in-depth application of modern hospital management in the development of tertiary hospitals from the aspects of advanced technical management means,innovative management concepts and methods,and the formulation of performance evaluation system and incentive mechanism,and illustrates the importance of modern hospital management and its application value in tertiary hospitals.
