摘  要:齿轮传动装置是很多机械装备的关键核心部件,其健康状态事关工业生产的各个方面。因此,齿轮传动装置的健康状态监测与故障诊断有着十分重要的意义。对基于声音信号故障诊断的技术优势和可行性进行深入分析,总结了基于声音信号故障诊断的流程和方法;归纳了声音信号降噪、特征提取以及机器学习应用方法的原理、优缺点和应用效果;最后,指出基于声音信号的故障诊断在旋转机械领域的研究焦点和难点,并对未来的研究方向做出展望。As a core component of mechanical equipment,the health status of gear transmission devices is related to various aspects of industrial production.Therefore,the health status monitoring and fault diagnosis of gear transmission devices are of great significance.Firstly,a thorough analysis of the advantages and feasibility of the fault diagnosis based on acoustic signals was conducted,and the process and methods of the fault diagnosis based on acoustic signals were combed.Then,the principle,advantages,limitations and application effect of the acoustic signal denoising,feature extraction and machine learning application methods respectively were expounded and summarized.Finally,the research hotspots and difficulties of the fault diagnosis based on acoustic signals in the field of rotating machinery were pointed out,and prospects for future research directions in the area were made.
