摘　　要：目的探讨伊伐布雷定联合常规治疗方案对射血分数降低的心力衰竭(HfrEF)患者心功能和近期主要心血管不良事件(MACE)的影响。方法回顾性分析2021年5月至2023年5月萍乡市人民医院收治的74例HFrEF患者的临床资料。根据药物治疗方案分为联合组(39例)与对照组(35例)。对照组采取常规治疗方案,联合组采取伊伐布雷定联合常规治疗方案。比较两组患者的临床疗效、心功能、MACE、不良反应。结果联合组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组的左室射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后随访6个月,联合组的MACE总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在常规治疗方案基础上联合伊伐布雷定治疗HfrEF可改善心功能,减少MACE,疗效显著。Objective To investigate the effect of Ivabradine combined with conventional treatment on cardiac function and short-term major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)in patients with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction(HfrEF).Methods The clinical data of 74 patients with HFrEF admitted to Pingxiang People's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the drug treatment plan,they were divided into combination group(39 cases)and control group(35 cases).The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the combination group was treated with Ivabradine combined with conventional treatment.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function,MACE and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combination group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of the combination group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During 6 months of follow-up after treatment,the total incidence of MACE in the combination group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ivabradine combined with conventional treatment can improve cardiac function and reduce MACE in the treatment of HfrEF,and the effect is significant.
