摘  要:目的分析25-羟维生素D[25-(OH)D]水平与儿童支气管哮喘控制相关性。方法选取2022年3月至2023年4月菏泽医专附属医院收治100例儿童支气管哮喘患儿为观察组,纳入同期儿童保健门诊体检健康儿童50例为对照组。采集患儿清晨空腹静脉血3 ml,采用化学发光微粒子免疫检测法检测儿童25-(OH)D水平,将观察组患儿分为,维生素D缺乏组[25(OH)D<20 ng/ml]31例,维生素D不足组[20 ng/ml≤25(OH)D≤30 ng/ml]43例,维生素D正常组[25(OH)D>30 ng/ml]26例。比较观察组与对照组25-(OH)D水平,不同25-(OH)D水平组哮喘控制率,采用Spearman对25-(OH)D水平与儿童支气管哮喘控制率相关性进行分析。结果观察组25-(OH)D水平(17.93±4.42)ng/ml低于对照组(42.93±5.69)ng/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同25-(OH)D水平组哮喘控制率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。维生素D正常组哮喘控制率高于维生素D不足组与维生素D缺乏组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.017);维生素D不足组哮喘控制率高于维生素D缺乏组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.017)。Spearman分析结果显示,25-(OH)D水平与儿童支气管哮喘控制率呈负相关(r=-0.637,P<0.05)。结论25-(OH)D水平低表达是儿童支气管哮喘发生发展中的重要影响因素,与儿童支气管哮喘控制率呈负相关,在哮喘疾病控制预测等相关性分析中应用价值高,建议推广使用。Objective To analyze the correlation of 25-hydroxyvitamin D(25-[OH]D)levels with bronchial asthma control in children.Methods A total of 100 children with bronchial asthma admitted to the Heze Medical University from March 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the observation group,and 50 healthy children who underwent physical examination in the pediatric health clinic during the same period were included as the control group.Fasting venous blood of 3 ml was collected in the early morning,and the 25-(OH)D level of children were detected by chemiluminescence microparticle immunoassay.The observation group was divided into vitamin D deficiency group(31 cases)(25-[OH]D<20 ng/ml).There were 43 cases in vitamin D deficiency group(20 ng/ml≤25-[OH]D≤30 ng/ml)and 26 cases in normal vitamin D group(25-[OH]D>30 ng/ml).The 25-(OH)D level in the observation group and the control group was compared,and the asthma control rate of different 25-(OH)D level groups was compared.Spearman correlation analysis were used to analyze the correlation between 25-(OH)D level and bronchial asthma control rate in children.Results The 25-(OH)D level in the observation group was(17.93±4.42)ng/ml lower than that in the control group(42.93±5.69)ng/ml,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The asthma control rate of different 25-(OH)D level groups was compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)The asthma control rate of vitamin D normal group was higher than that of vitamin D deficiency group and vitamin D deficiency group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.017).The asthma control rate of vitamin D deficiency group was higher than that of vitamin D deficiency group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.017).Spearman analysis showed that 25-(OH)D level was negatively correlated with bronchial asthma control rate in children(r=-0.637,P<0.05).Conclusion Low expression of 25-(OH)D level is an important factor in the occurrence and development of bronchial asthma in children,and is
