摘　　要：目的探讨基于手部穴位操的个体化护理在精神分裂症患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2023年10月江西省精神病院就诊的80例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,采用动态随机法将其分为对照组(n=40)与观察组(n=40)。观察组采用基于手部穴位操的个体化护理,对照组采用常规护理。比较两组患者的精神症状[阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)]、认知功能[重复性成套神经心理状态测验(RBANS)]、个体和社会功能[个体和社会功能量表(PSP)]。结果干预前,两组患者的PANSS、RBANS、PSP评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,两组患者的PANSS评分低于本组干预前,观察组的PANSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者的RBANS、PSP评分高于本组干预前,观察组的RBANS、PSP评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于手部穴位操的个体化护理在精神分裂症患者中应用良好,可改善患者认知功能,促进社会功能的提高。Objective To explore the application effect of individualized nursing based on hand acupoint exercise in patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 80 patients with schizophrenia treated in Jiangxi Mental Health Center from January 2021 to October 2023 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)by dynamic randomization method.The observation group was treated with individualized nursing based on hand acupoint exercise,while the control group was treated with routine nursing.Psychiatric symptoms(positive and negative syndrome scale[PANSS]),cognitive function(repeatable battery for the assessment of neuropsychological status[RBANS]),individual and social function(personal and social performance scale[PSP])were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in PANSS,RBANS and PSP scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the PANSS scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the PANSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of RBANS and PSP in both groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the scores of the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nursing based on hand acupoint exercise can improve cognitive function and social function in patients with schizophrenia.
