悬灸结合集束化护理改善宫颈癌根治术后康复进程影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨在宫颈癌根治术后患者中采用悬灸结合集束化护理的作用。方法选取2021年1月至2024年1月江西省肿瘤医院收治的接受宫颈癌根治术治疗的60例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用集束化护理,观察组在集束化护理基础上采用悬灸,两组患者均持续护理2周。比较两组患者术后康复进程、心理状态、自我效能水平、并发症发生率以及生活质量。结果观察组首次肛门排气时间、术后切口愈合时间、住院天数均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后生活质量量表(QLQ-30)中社会功能、角色功能、躯体功能等维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌根治术后采用悬灸结合集束化护理干预,可促进患者术后康复,患者不良情绪得以缓解,促进其自我效能水平提升,减少术后深静脉血栓、尿潴留等并发症,从而提升患者生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of suspension moxibustion combined with cluster nursing in patients with cervical cancer after radical hysterectomy.Methods A total of 60 patients admitted to Jiangxi Cancer Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 for radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received cluster nursing,the observation group received suspension moxibustion on the basis of cluster nursing,and the patients in both groups received continuous nursing for 2 weeks.The postoperative recovery process,psychological state,self-efficacy level,complication rate and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The time of first anal exhaust,postoperative incision healing and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group after nursing were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of general self-efficacy scale(GSES)were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of social function,role function and physical function in the quality of life scale-30(QLQ-30)of the observation group after nursing were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Suspension moxibustion combined with cluster nursing intervention after cervical cancer radical hysterectomy can promote postoperative recovery of patients,alleviate patients'bad mood,promote their self-efficacy level,reduce postoperative complications such as deep vein thrombosis and urinary rete
