视频宣教联合音乐干预在肝储备功能吲哚氰绿检测中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨视频宣教联合音乐干预在肝储备功能吲哚氰绿(ICG)检测中的应用效果。方法选取2020年8月至2021年12月揭阳市人民医院接受肝储备功能ICG检测的80例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组实施ICG检测视频宣教,观察组在对照组的基础上联合音乐干预,比较两组患者的心理状态、检测配合度、一次检测成功率及护理满意度。结果干预后,两组患者的焦虑和抑郁评分均低于本组干预前,且观察组焦虑和抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的检测配合度、一次检测成功率及护理满意度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肝储备功能ICG检测患者进行视频宣教联合音乐干预,可改善患者的负性心理,提高患者的检测配合度,进而促进一次检测成功率和护理满意度的提升。Objective To explore the application effect of video education combined with music intervention in the detection of indocyanine green(ICG)in liver reserve function.Methods A total of 80 patients with liver reserve function tested by ICG in Jieyang People's Hospital from August 2020 to December 2021 were selected as study objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received ICG detection video education,and the observation group combined with music intervention on the basis of the control group.The psychological state,detection cooperation,success rate of one test and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of anxiety and depression in two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).After the intervention,the test cooperation,the success rate of one test and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Video education combined with music intervention in patients with in the detection of ICG in liver reserve function can improve the negative psychology of patients,improve the cooperation of patients,and promote the success rate of one test and nursing satisfaction.
