针刺颈夹脊穴联合耳针治疗交感神经型颈椎病的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺颈夹脊穴联合耳针治疗交感神经型颈椎病(SCS)的临床效果。方法选取2022年7月至2023年12月赣州市立医院收治的72例SCS患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(36例)与治疗组(36例),研究中有3例患者脱落,最终对照组34例、治疗组35例完成研究。对照组采用针刺颈夹脊穴的方法,治疗组采用针刺颈夹脊穴联合耳针的方法。比较两组的症状量化积分、单个症状积分、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及临床疗效。结果治疗组治疗后的头晕、恶心呕吐、耳鸣、心慌、其他评分和总分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后的VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴毫针疗法联合针刺颈夹脊穴治疗SCS效果较好,可明显改善患者的神经异常症状,减轻疼痛,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture at Jiaji point of neck combined with auricular acupuncture on sympathetic cervical spondylosis(SCS).Methods A total of 72 patients with SCS admitted to Ganzhou Municipal Hospital from July 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(36 cases)and the treatment group(36 cases).In the study,3 patients fell off,and 34 cases in the control group and 35 cases in the treatment group completed the study.The control group was treated with acupuncture at Jiaji point of neck,and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture at Jiaji point of neck combined with auricular acupuncture.The symptom quantitative score,single symptom score,visual analogue scale(VAS)score of pain and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results Dizziness,nausea and vomiting,tinnitus,palpitation,other scores and total scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular acupuncture combined with acupuncture at Jiaji point of neck has a good effect on the treatment of SCS,which can significantly improve the symptoms of neurological abnormalities and reduce pain,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
