摘　　要：目的探讨重点场景视频监控辅助质控在急诊输液室护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法选取2023年1至12月扬州大学附属江都人民医院参与急诊输液室轮班的40名护士作为观察对象。于2023年1至6月采用传统的领导小组现场质控管理模式,2023年7至12月在实施前管理模式的基础上,对输液查对、手卫生及输液巡视环节进行实时监控,由质控组对视频监控进行实时查看,不定期回放,比较实施前后输液查对制度、手卫生、输液巡视执行合格率。结果实施监控视频查询质控后,输液查对制度、手卫生、输液巡视执行合格率高于现场质控,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过实施监控视频查询质控,可以客观记录本科护士输液查对制度、手卫生、输液巡视依从性,有利于培养慎独精神,促进了科室护理质量的持续改进,使急诊输液室护理质量进一步优化。Objective Investigation of the effectiveness of focus-scene video surveillance-assisted quality control in managing the quality of care in the emergency infusion unit.Methods A total of forty nurses participating in emergency infusion room shifts in Jiangdu People's Hospital affiliated with Yangzhou University from January to December 2023 were selected by convenience sampling method as observation subjects.The traditional on-site quality control management mode of the leading group was adopted from January to June 2023,and on the basis of the pre-implementation management mode from July to December 2023,real-time monitoring of the infusion checking,hand hygiene,and infusion rounds sessions was carried out,and the video monitoring was viewed in real time by the quality control team and played back from time to time,comparing the qualified rate of the infusion checking system,hand hygiene,and the execution of infusion rounds before and after the implementation of the system.Results Following the introduction of video monitoring and quality control for the infusion checking system,hand hygiene and infusion rounds,the proportion of satisfactory results was higher than that achieved by on-site quality control,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the implementation of monitoring video query quality control,it can objectively record the compliance of the infusion checking system,hand hygiene,and infusion rounds of nurses in this section,which is conducive to the cultivation of the spirit of prudence,and promotes the continuous improvement of the quality of nursing care in the department,so that the quality of nursing care in the emergency infusion room can be further optimized.
