促愈灵擦剂配合氧疗在宫颈癌放疗患者放射性皮炎的应用效果

摘　　要：目的研究促愈灵擦剂配合氧疗对宫颈癌放疗患者放射性皮炎的应用效果。方法选取2020年10月至2023年10月甘肃省肿瘤医院放疗科行放射治疗出现放射性皮炎的160例宫颈癌患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=80)和观察组(n=80)。对照组给予常规临床护理及健康教育,观察组在常规临床护理及健康教育的基础上,给予甘肃省肿瘤医院甘肃省医学科学研究院自制中药制剂促愈灵擦剂配合氧疗护理。比较两组放射性皮炎疼痛缓解时间及皮肤愈合时间、放射性皮炎疗效。结果观察组疼痛缓解时间、皮肤愈合时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论促愈灵擦剂配合氧气疗法可缩短疼痛缓解和皮肤愈合时间,临床疗效显著,值得推广应用。Objective To study the application effect of Cuyuling Liniment combined with oxygen therapy in radiation dermatitis in patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy.Methods A total of 160 cervical cancer patients with radiation dermatitis who underwent radiation therapy in the Department of Radiation Oncology,Gansu Provincial Cancer Hospital from October 2020 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group(n=80)and observation group(n=80)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine clinical care and health education,and the observation group was given self-made traditional Chinese medicine preparation to promote Cuyuling Liniment combined with oxygen therapy nursing in Gansu Provincial Cancer Hospital and Gansu Provincial Institute of Medical Sciences on the basis of routine clinical care and health education.Pain relief time,skin healing time,and efficacy of radiation dermatitis were compared between the two groups.Results The pain relief time and skin healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The efficacy in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cuyuling Liniment combined with oxygen therapy can shorten pain relief and skin healing time in patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy,and the clinical effect is remarkable,which is worthy of promotion and application.
