摘　　要：目的分析脑心健康管理师模式在脑卒中二级预防中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1月至2024年1月赣州市立医院收治的200例急性脑卒中患者作为研究对象,采用密闭信封法将其分为对照组(n=100)和研究组(n=100)。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用脑心健康管理师参与的护理。比较两组的服药依从性及生活质量。结果护理3个月后,研究组Morisky评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理3个月后,研究组生活质量简表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑心健康管理师干预下的脑卒中二级预防效果显著,可提高患者服药依从性与生活质量。Objective To analyze the secondary prevention effect of stroke under the intervention of brain and heart health managers.Methods A total of 200 acute stroke patients admitted to Ganzhou Municipal Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group(n=100)and study group(n=100)by sealed envelope method.The control group used the usual care intervention,and the study group used the nursing intervention involving the brain-heart health manager.The medication compliance and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After 3 months of nursing,the Morisky score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of nursing,the World Health Organization quality of life-100 scores of the study group were higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The secondary prevention of stroke under the intervention of brain and heart health managers is effective,which can improve the medication compliance and quality of life.
