摘　　要：目的探究与分析罗伊适应模式在围手术期乳腺癌护理工作中的应用效果。方法收集2021年5月至2023年3月龙岩市第二医院收治的98例乳腺癌患者围手术期护理的临床资料进行回顾性分析,按照不同的就诊时间分为对照组(2021年5月至2022年9月)和观察组(2022年10月至2023年3月)。对照组(n=51)实施常规围手术期护理,观察组(n=47)实施罗伊适应模式护理。比较两组患者心理健康情况评分、生命质量评分以及围手术期不良反应发生情况。结果护理后,两组患者心理健康量表中躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性以及睡眠饮食评分均低于本组护理前,且观察组各项评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者生命质量量表中生理状况、社会/家庭状况、情感状况、功能状况、附加关注以及总评分均高于本组护理前,且观察组各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者围手术期不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论罗伊适应模式护理应用于乳腺癌患者围手术期护理工作中,可有效改善患者的心理健康,提高生命质量,但在降低患者围手术期不良反应方面未表现出明显的优势。Objective To explore and analyze the effect of Roy's adaptive model in perioperative period breast cancer nursing.Methods The clinical data of 98 cases of perioperative period breast cancer patients admitted to the Second Hospital of Longyan from May 2021 to March 2023 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into control group(May 2021 to September 2022)and observation group(October 2022 to March 2023)according to different treatment times.The control group(n=51)received routine perioperative nursing,and the observation group(n=47)received Roy's adaptive model of nursing.Mental health scores,quality of life scores and perioperative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,terror,paranoia,psychosis and sleep-eating in the mental health scale of patients in two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).After nursing,the physiological status,social/family status,emotional status,functional status,additional attention and total score of the quality of life scale of patients in two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of perioperative period adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of Roy's adaptive model of nursing in perioperative period nursing of breast cancer patients can effectively improve their mental health and quality of life,however,there was no significant advantage in reducing perioperative adverse reactions.
