摘　　要：大型LNG接收站工程档案是项目报告的信息资源,能够真实反映项目建设情况,是项目建设过程中质量管理的重要环节,也是项目建设完满结束的重要保障。大型LNG接收站工程档案涉及多行业、多专业领域,项目执行过程中应统筹兼顾项目建设与档案管理工作,使其相互依存,彼此照应,相互促进,并发挥档案管理机构在建设项目中的作用。因此,项目归档的工作人员要严格依法进行归档管理,切实加强档案管理观念教育,把现代化的科学管理思想渗透到管理工作实际当中,全面提高档案接收、整理和存档的效率,做到档案管理专业化、集中化、统一化。The archives of large-scale LNG receiving stations projects are information resources for project reports,which can truly reflect the construction situation of the project.They are an important link in quality management during the project construction process and also an important guarantee for the complete completion of the project construction.The archives of large-scale LNG receiving stations projects involve multiple industries and professional fields.During the project execution process,it is necessary to comprehensively consider the project construction and archive management work,so that they are interdependent,mutually supportive,and promote each other,and play the role of archive management institutions in the construction project.Therefore,project archiving personnel should strictly carry out archiving management in accordance with the law,effectively strengthen education on archive management concepts,integrate modern scientif ic management ideas into practical management work,comprehensively improve the efficiency of archive reception,organization,and archiving,and achieve specialized,centralized,and unif ied archive management.
