摘  要:随着新兴科技的不断发展和人们对医疗服务的需求日益增加,医工交叉学科作为新兴领域正逐步成为推动医疗健康事业创新的重要力量。然而,在医工交叉学科建设与人才培养体系构建过程中,仍面临一些挑战与问题。文章以北京化工大学为例,深入剖析医工交叉学科建设与人才培养的现状、面临的问题,并提出相应的应对策略与教改创新思路,旨在为同类高校提供参考与借鉴。With the continuous advancement of emerging science and technology and the growing demand for medical services,the interdisciplinary field of medicine and industry is progressively becoming a pivotal force in driving innovation in healthcare.However,there are still some challenges and issues in establishing medical and engineering interdisciplinary disciplines as well as developing a comprehensive personnel training system.Taking Beijing University of Chemical Technology as a case study,this paper thoroughly analyzes the current situation and challenges faced by the construction of medical and engineering interdisciplinary disciplines along with personnel training.It proposes corresponding measures and innovative ideas for teaching reform,aiming to provide valuable insights for similar universities.
