摘  要:文章基于“工科核心素养和课程思政”协同育人模式,结合广西民族师范学院制药工程专业特点,论述“植物功能成分提取及应用”实训项目教学设计,从百部根鉴定、百部根功能成分提取、百部功效提取成分抗氧化进行教学实践。教改在加强学生对植物功能成分提取及应用知识的理解和分析、提升学生工科核心素养及解决原料药提取相关工程实际问题的能力及培养学生科研创新意识取得了一定成效。Based on the collaborative education mode of“key competencies of engineering and curriculum ideological and political education”,this paper combined with the characteristics of pharmaceutical engineering major in Guangxi Minzu Normal University,this paper discusses the teaching design of“extraction and application of plant functional components”training project.Teaching practice was carried out from the identification of Stemona root,the extraction of functional components of Stemona root,and the anti-oxidation of functional components of Stemona.The teaching reform has achieved certain results in strengthening students’understanding and analysis of the extraction and application knowledge of plant functional components,improving students’engineering core literacy,solving practical engineering problems related to the extraction of raw materials and cultivating students’awareness of scientific research and innovation.
