摘  要:牦牛毛作为一种独特的天然纤维材料,对脱色工艺的研究对扩宽其应用领域有重要的意义。文章通过实验确定了氧化剂和还原剂的最佳配比以及处理时间和温度等关键参数,确保了脱色过程的高效性和环保性;从物理性能、化学结构和表面形态三个方面对处理后的牦牛毛进行了综合评价。结果表明,经过优化的氧化-还原脱色处理不仅显著提高了牦牛毛的白度,且在一定程度上改善了强度和回弹性物理性能,同时牦牛毛表面更加光滑,有利于后续的纺织加工。As a unique natural fiber material,the study of decolorization technology of yak hair is of great significance to expand its application field.In this paper,the optimum ratio of oxidant and reducing agent,as well as the key parameters such as treatment time and temperature were determined by experiments to ensure the high efficiency and environmental protection of the decolorization process.The physical properties,chemical structure and surface morphology of treated yak hair were evaluated comprehensively.The results showed that the optimized oxidation-reduction decolorization not only significantly improved the whiteness of yak hair,but also improved the physical properties of strength and resilience to a certain extent.At the same time,the surface of yak hair was smoother,which was conducive to the subsequent textile processing.
