摘 要:文章以电感耦合等离子体质谱仪法,测定铝箔纸中铝、铅、镉、砷元素迁移量。通过研究不同模拟液经过迁移试验后,对模拟液处理方法的探索,在优化条件下,采用内标法、KED模式进行测试。文章建立了ICP-MS测定5%柠檬酸和人造自来水模拟液中铝、铅、镉、砷的迁移量,标准曲线线性关系大于0.999,检出限为0.0001~0.0040 mg/kg,定量限为0.00033~0.02000 mg/kg。各种元素迁移量根据不同的迁移条件产生不同的影响,在高温条件下更易发生迁移;5%柠檬酸相对于人造自来水来说,在相同的迁移条件下,元素更容易发生迁移。因此,建议在使用铝箔纸时,避免高温环境中使用,以降低由于有害元素发生迁移导致的健康风险。This paper used inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry to determine the migration of aluminum,lead,cadmium,and arsenic elements in aluminum foil paper.By studying the migration experiments of different simulated liquids and exploring the treatment methods of simulated liquids,internal standard method and KED mode were used for testing under optimized conditions.This paper establishes an ICP-MS method for determining the migration amounts of aluminum,lead,cadmium,and arsenic in 5% citric acid and artificial tap water simulation solution.The linear relationship of the standard curve is greater than 0.999.The detection limit is 0.0001-0.0040 mg/kg,and the quantification limit is 0.00033-0.02000 mg/kg.The migration of various elements has different effects according to different migration conditions,and migration is more likely to occur under high temperature conditions;compared to artificial tap water,5% citric acid is more prone to element migration under the same migration conditions.Therefore,it is recommended to avoid using aluminum foil in high-temperature environments to reduce health risks caused by the migration of harmful elements.
