摘 要:目前化工设备中的锅炉在工作过程中仍存在能源利用效率低和排放物浓度高的问题。文章针对上述挑战,应用水热媒技术,对化工锅炉设备进行节能改造实验研究,称取同比例的煤炭与去离子水混合于反应釜中,搅拌均匀后,在设定温度和压力下加热,反应完成后,自然冷却并释放压力,取出水热处理后的煤炭,通过干燥去除多余水分,得到干燥水热煤,以便进一步进行燃烧实验分析。实验结果表明,改造后的化工锅炉在热值、燃烧效率以及排放物浓度方面均有所优化,能够提高锅炉的能源利用效率,减少碳排放,为实现“双碳”目标提供技术性支持。At present,boilers in chemical equipment still face problems of low energy utilization efficiency and high emission concentration during operation.In response to the above challenges,this paper applies hydrothermal medium technology to conduct energy saving renovation experiments on chemical boiler equipment.Coal and deionized water in the same proportion are mixed in a reaction kettle,stirred evenly,and heated at a set temperature and pressure.After the reaction is completed,the coal is naturally cooled and the pressure is released.The hydrothermal treated coal is taken out and excess moisture is removed by drying to obtain dry hydrothermal coal for further combustion experiment analysis.The experimental results show that the renovated chemical boiler has been optimized in terms of calorific value,combustion efficiency,and emission concentration,which can improve the energy utilization efficiency of the boiler,reduce carbon emissions,and provide technical support for achieving“dual carbon”goals.
