摘 要:针对氯乙烯泄漏事故,以新疆某典型化工企业氯乙烯储罐区为例,运用COMSOL模拟风速、风向、泄漏孔径大小对氯乙烯储罐泄漏的影响。依照氯乙烯的危险气体暴露准则,对氯乙烯毒性划分了4个等级。利用其中的轻度危害区和立即致死区的浓度阈值确定了氯乙烯的中危浓度0.00056 mol/m^(3)和高危浓度0.103 mol/m^(3)。为化工厂区氯乙烯泄漏事故的预防与抢救提供了有效指导。In response to the vinyl chloride leakage accident,taking the vinyl chloride storage tank area of a typical chemical enterprise in Xinjiang as an example,COMSOL was used to simulate the effects of wind speed,direction,and leakage aperture size on vinyl chloride storage tank leakage.According to the hazardous gas exposure criteria for vinyl chloride,the toxicity of vinyl chloride is classified into four levels.The concentration thresholds of mild and immediate lethal areas were used to determine the medium risk concentration of 0.00056 mol/m^(3) and the high-risk concentration of 0.103 mol/m^(3) for vinyl chloride.This paper provides effective guidance for the prevention and rescue of vinyl chloride leakage accidents in chemical plants.
