摘 要:危化品泄漏事故在全球范围内构成重大安全风险,这些事故不仅对人类健康和安全构成威胁,还可能对环境造成长期影响。针对此类事件,科学的事故分析与防控策略的研究显得尤为重要。文章系统分析了危化品泄漏风险评估流程,详细探讨了技术层面与管理层面的防控策略,并提出了全面的应急处理方案,包括应急响应流程设计、关键应急资源的配置与管理以及应急演练的重要性与执行,旨在为危化品泄漏事故的预防与应对提供科学依据和实践指导。Hazardous chemical leakage accidents pose major safety risks worldwide,which not only pose a threat to human health and safety,but also may have long-term impacts on the environment.For such incidents,scientific accident analysis and prevention and control strategy research is particularly important.This paper systematically analyzes the process of risk assessment for leakage,discusses the technical and management prevention and control strategy,and puts forward the comprehensive emergency treatment plan,including emergency response process design,configuration and management of key emergency resources and the importance and execution of emergency drills,aims to provide scientific basis and practical guidance for the prevention and response of leakage accidents.
