摘  要:为探究振杆密实法应用于筛余回填土地基的可行性,依托乌鲁木齐市白鸟湖医院建设项目,采用自主研发的振杆密实法设备开展了筛余回填土地基现场试验研究,使用压实度检测、重型动力触探和平板载荷试验及瑞利面波测试等原位测试方法对加固效果进行了评价.结果表明:处理后筛余回填土的压实度提高了12.13%~48.08%;处理范围内土层的动力触探击数随深度增加而增大,较处理前平均提高2倍以上;处理后地基承载力特征值f_(ak)为277 kPa,满足设计要求,土层平均波速由136 m/s提升至175 m/s,提高约29%.振杆密实法可以显著提升筛余回填土地基的承载力和均匀性,为筛余回填土地基的加固处理提供了一种新思路.To explore the viability of the vibratory probe compaction(VPC)method applied to sieve residual backfills,utilizing the Bai Niao Lake Hospital project in Urumqi,field experiments were conducted with VPC equipment developed independently.The reinforcement effectiveness was evaluated using in-situ testing methods such as compaction detection,dynamic penetration test,plate load test and surface wave test.The results show that the degree of compaction of the sieve residual backfills increases by 12.13%-48.08%after treatment.The number of blows in dynamic penetration tests within the treated layer rises with the increase of depth,averaging over double the level before treatment.After the treatment,the characteristic bearing capacity value f_(ak)reaches 277 kPa,satisfying the design requirements.The average Rayleigh wave velocity of soil layer increases by almost 29%,from 136 to 175 m/s.The VPC method can significantly improve the bearing capacity and homogeneity of sieve residual backfills,providing a new idea for the treatment of sieve residual backfills.
