摘　　要：重视党员干部理想信念教育是中国共产党在长期革命、建设与改革的伟大实践中一以贯之的优良传统,它不仅关系到共产党人安身立命的根本,也关系到党和国家的前途命运。党的二十届三中全会对“推动理想信念教育常态化制度化”作出部署,进一步推动党员干部理想信念教育常态化制度化对凝聚全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化的思想共识与合力,具有重要而深远的意义。因此,本文立足在学习贯彻党的二十届三中全会现实语境下来重新审视党员干部理想信念教育常态化制度化的内涵和价值,剖析当前党员干部理想信念教育面临的诸多挑战,以及动力弱化影响理想信念坚定的严峻现实,以期通过动力机制的塑造,推动理想信念教育常态化制度化。Attaching importance to the ideals and beliefs of Party members and cadres is a fine tradition consistently upheld by the Communist Party of China throughout its long-term revolutionary,construction,and reform practices.It not only concerns the fundamental basis for the survival and establishment of Communist Party members but also relates to the future and destiny of the Party and the country.The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee made arrangements for“promoting the normalization and institutionalization of ideological and belief education”,which holds significant and far-reaching significance for consolidating the ideological consensus and synergy for comprehensively deepening reform and advancing chinese-style modernization.Therefore,based on the current context of studying and implementing the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee,this article re-examines the meaning and value of the normalization and institutionalization of ideological and belief education for Party members and cadres,analyzes the numerous challenges faced by their ideals and beliefs,as well as the severe reality of weakened driving forces affecting their ideals and beliefs,with the aim of promoting the normalization and institutionalization of ideological and belief education through the shaping of driving mechanisms.
