摘　　要：从建筑伦理视角出发,通过对工业遗产保护的现实伦理困境的梳理,以及国内外相关成熟案例的详尽分析,总结提出了工业遗产保护与更新的三大伦理原则,即基于真实性的整体保护原则,基于生态视角的可持续利用原则,以及基于协作的公众参与原则。在此基础上,通过制定科学合理的保护与利用规划、完善政策法规体系、构建社会监督机制等举措,实现历史文化传承与经济社会发展的和谐共生。Starting from the perspective of architectural ethics,this article summarizes and proposes three ethical principles for the protection and renewal of industrial heritage through a review of the current ethical dilemmas in industrial heritage protection and a detailed analysis of relevant mature cases at home and abroad,namely the principle of overall protection based on authenticity,the principle of sustainable utilization based on ecological perspective,and the principle of public participation based on writing.On this basis,measures such as formulating scientific and reasonable protection and utilization plans,improving policy and regulatory systems,and building social supervision mechanisms will be taken to achieve harmonious coexistence between historical and cultural inheritance and economic and social development.
