基于城市片区空间形态的屋顶风能现状特征研究——以呼和浩特市新华大街商业区建筑为例

摘  要:全球性的环境污染与能源危机使可再生能源得到广泛关注,风力发电作为风能的开发利用受到世界各国的重视。而城市区域内复杂的建筑风环境使得建筑屋顶的风能资源尚未被充分利用。以内蒙古自治区呼和浩特市新华大街若干商业片区超高层写字楼为例,对片区内具有代表性的空间形态单元进行统计分析,并对该单元内建筑屋顶风能现状进行数值模拟。研究发现城市区域的空间特征会显著影响建筑屋顶的风环境,高容积率、低开放度区域的风速随建筑高度变化的幅度小,而在低容积率、高开放度的区域内,建筑屋顶的来流风速随高度增加而递增显著,且高密度片区建筑高度达到90 m后,风能资源显著增加。基于此,为城市区域建筑屋顶的风能利用研究提供可参考的技术手段和数据支持,从而实现建筑屋顶风力发电的有效利用。The global environmental pollution and energy crisis have made renewable energy widely concerned.Wind power generation,as the development and utilization of wind energy,has attracted the attention of all countries in the world.The complex building wind environment in the urban area makes the wind energy resources of the building roof not fully utilized.Therefore,this paper takes the super high-rise office buildings in several commercial areas of Xinhua street in Hohhot city,Inner Mongolia autonomous region as an example,carries out a statistical analysis of the representative spatial form units in the area,and makes a numerical simulation of the current situation of roof wind energy in the unit.It is found that the spatial characteristics of urban areas will significantly affect the wind environment of building roofs.The wind speed in areas with high plot ratio,low openness:changes little with the height,while that in areas with low plot ratio and high openness increases significantly with the height.Wind energy resources in high-density area increase significantly after reaching 90 m height.Meanwhile,this paper can provide referential technical methods and data support for the research on wind energy utilization in urban building rooftops,thereby facilitating the effective utilization of wind power generation on building rooftops.
