摘 要:乒乓球作为一项技巧与体能相结合的运动,广泛受到高校学生的青睐。随着竞技水平的提升,专项体能素质训练逐渐成为乒乓球运动中的关键环节。体能素质不仅会影响高校学生的爆发力和耐力,还直接决定了他们在激烈比赛中的反应速度和动作灵活性。然而,目前,一些高校在乒乓球训练中,对学生专项体能素质的重视程度不足,训练方法也较为单一。该文主要分析乒乓球专项体能素质训练方法,以期提升训练效果,促进学生竞技水平的提高。Table Tennis,as a sport that combines skills and physical fitness,is widely favored by college students.With the improvement of competitive level,specialized physical fitness training has gradually become a key link in Table Tennis.Physical fitness not only affects athletes'explosive power and endurance,but also directly determines their reaction speed and agility in intense competitions.However,currently some colleges do not attach enough importance to students'special physical fitness in Table Tennis training,and the training methods are also relatively single.This article mainly analyzes the physical fitness training methods for Table Tennis,in order to improve training effectiveness and promote the improvement of students'competitive level.
