摘 要:现代乒乓球运动的发展对运动员身体核心力量提出了极高要求。随着力量训练科学化水平的不断提升,核心力量训练展现出显著效果,对提升乒乓球运动员比赛竞技名次、预防训练损伤及促进伤后积极康复均具有积极意义。该文阐述了核心力量训练的概念与特点,并探讨了其在训练中的意义,总结了核心力量训练的主要方法与应用,旨在加深对乒乓球运动核心力量训练及其具体应用的理解。The development of modern Table Tennis has put forward very high requirements for the core strength of athletes,and the scientific level of strength training has been constantly enhanced.The effect of core strength training is significant,which has a very positive significance for improving the competitive ranking of Table Tennis players,preventing training injuries,and promoting positive recovery after injuries.This paper expounds the concept and characteristics of core strength training and its significance in training,and summarizes the main methods and applications of core strength training in order to deepen the understanding of core strength training and its concrete application in Table Tennis.
