摘  要:随着教育事业的不断发展,高校体育教学工作也迎来了改革的契机。然而,长期以来,普通高校的公共体育篮球课程未能获得足够的重视,教学效果也难以满足新时期的需求。该文针对这一现状,提出了将交叉训练(CrossFit)融入普通高校篮球课程的教学模式。通过对大学生进行实验研究,比较CrossFit与传统教学法在提升学生身体素质、篮球技能和教学满意度方面的差异。研究结果表明,CrossFit能够显著提高学生的体能水平和篮球技能,尤其在力量、耐力和敏捷性方面表现突出。同时,该教学模式能够激发学生的学习兴趣,提高参与度。CrossFit在高校篮球教学中的应用,为未来高校体育教学改革提供了新的参考路径。With the continuous development of education,college Physical Education(PE)teaching has also ushered in an opportunity for reform.However,college Public PE Basketball courses have not received enough attention for a long time,and the teaching effect is difficult to meet the needs of the new era.In view of this situation,this paper proposes a teaching model that integrates the cross fitness system(CrossFit)into college Basketball courses.Through experimental research on college students,the differences between CrossFit and traditional teaching methods in improving students'physical fitness,basketball skills and teaching satisfaction are compared.The results show that CrossFit can significantly improve students'physical fitness and basketball skills,especially in strength,endurance and agility.At the same time,this teaching model can stimulate students'interest in learning and improve their participation.This paper believes that the application of CrossFit in college Basketball teaching provides a new reference path for the future reform of college PE teaching.
