高校开设跑酷课程的现状与分析——以西安交通大学为例

摘　　要：自跑酷电影在中国上映以来,国内涌现出大量跑酷爱好者。跑酷运动自由、多样的特性令许多青少年着迷,众多跑酷俱乐部也随之成立,形成了一股跑酷风潮。该文以西安交通大学跑酷课程开设状况为例,从概述、发展情况等方面详述跑酷运动的起源与日常练习。同时,以西安交通大学为具体案例,探讨开设跑酷课程所需的硬性条件、接受群体,以及高校开设跑酷课程的可行性与重要性。该文旨在借助西安交通大学这一先例,扩大跑酷群体,吸引更多人了解并加入跑酷,从而实现体育健身、体育强国的目标。Since the release of parkour movies in China,there have been a large number of parkour fans in China.Its free and diverse characteristics have fascinated many teenagers.Many parkour clubs have been established and have responded to the trend and formed a parkour craze at that time.This paper takes the current situation of Parkour courses offered at Xi'an Jiaotong University as an example,describes the originate and daily practice of Parkour from the aspects of overview,development and so on.At the same time,taking Xi'an Jiaotong University as an example,it describes the rigid conditions and acceptance groups of Parkour course in Xi'an Jiaotong University,as well as the feasibility and importance for offering Parkour course in colleges.Through the example of Xi'an Jiaotong University,it's hoped to expand the parkour group,attract more people to understand and join parkour,and achieve the goal of sports fitness and sports power.
