摘　　要：体育强省作为建设体育强国的重要基石,在建设体育强省的进程中,对湖南省全民健身发展的多重困境与路径革新进行深入探究具有重要意义。研究发现,湖南省全民健身发展面临以下挑战:政策标准体系尚待完善,执行效果存在滞后性;居民主动健身观念尚未普及,良好的健身氛围尚未全面形成;资源保障不足,“健身去哪儿”成为亟待解决的难题;多元主体协同机制不畅,服务效能有待提升。为推进湖南省全民健身事业的持续发展,提出以下革新路径:完善顶层设计,充分发挥政策的引领作用;加大全民健身宣传力度,切实提升居民主动健身的意识;优化资源配置,补齐全民健身供给的短板;重塑多元主体供给格局,着力提高服务效能。Sports power province is an important part of building a sports power,this article explores the multiple dilemmas and path innovation of the development of national fitness in Hu'nan Province in the process of building a sports power province.The study found that the policy standard system of national fitness development in Hu'nan Province needs to be improved,and the implementation effect lags behind;The residents lack active fitness concept and the good fitness atmosphere has not been formed;Resource guarantee is not sufficient,and the problem of"where to go for fitness"needs to be solved urgently;The coordination of multiple subjects is weak and the service efficiency is low.In order to promote the development of the national fitness industry in Hu'nan Province,four reform paths are proposed:Improve top-level design and leverage policy guidance;Intensify the promotion of national fitness and enhance residents'awareness of active fitness;Optimize resource allocation and fill the gap in the supply of national fitness;Reshape the supply pattern of diverse subjects and improving service efficiency.
