摘　　要：新质生产力作为创新起主导作用、具有高科技、高效能、高质量特征的先进生产力质态,是促进篮球人才发展的关键驱动力。因此,该文基于文献研究以及逻辑分析等方法,深入探讨了新质生产力对促进篮球人才发展的现实逻辑,并提出了新质生产力赋能篮球人才发展的具体路径:以科技为引领,建立智能化训练体系;坚持模式创新,探索多元化培养模式;深化产业联动,构建篮球人才发展生态;完善政策引导,优化篮球人才发展环境。New quality productivity as the leading role in innovation,with advanced productivity characteristics of high technology,high efficiency,high quality,is the key driving force to promote the development of basketball talents.Therefore,based on the methods of Literature Review and Logical Analysis,this paper deeply explores the realistic logic of new quality productivity in promoting the development of basketball talents.Thus,a concrete path of basketball talent development empowered by new quality productivity is put forward:Establish intelligent training system guided by science and technology;Adhere to model innovation,explore diversified training mode;Deepen the industrial linkage and build the development ecology of basketball talents;Improve policy guidance and optimize the development environment for the of basketball talents.
