摘　　要：该文采用文献综述、实证调查、专家访谈和案例分析等多种研究方法,对江西省群众足球的发展现状进行了深入研究。该文分析了运动损伤的防治、法律纠纷的处理、比赛规则的适应性调整,以及普及推广策略等关键问题,揭示了群众足球参与者面临的常见损伤类型及其原因,为改善运动安全提供了科学依据。建议采取教育与培训、政策倡导、媒体宣传、社区活动及持续研究等措施,以促进江西省群众足球的健康发展,进而推动群众运动的普及,实现全民健身的目标。Using a variety of research methods such as Literature Review,Empirical Investigation,Expert Interviews and Case Analysis,this article conducts an in-depth research on the development status of mass football in Jiangxi Province It analyzes key issues such as prevention and treatment of sports injuries,handling of legal disputes,variation of competition rules,and popularization and promotion strategies,and revealed common types of injuries faced by participants in mass football and their causes,providing a scientific basis for the improvement of sports safety.It is recommended to take measures such as education and training,policy advocacy,media publicity,community activities,and continuous research to provide practical guidance and scientific basis for the healthy development of mass football in Jiangxi Province,in order to promote the popularization and development of the mass sport and to achieve the goal of national fitness.
