摘  要:随着科技的不断进步,网络上发布的数字图像日益增加。但诸多图像由Adobe Photoshop等计算机辅助设计软件篡改而成。针对这一问题,研究引入了联合摄影专家组(Joint Photographic Experts Group,JPEG)指纹,并采用可学习高通滤波器学习JPEG指纹差异,进而检测篡改区域。结果表明,在复制移动篡改数据集的检测中,研究所提方法的精确率、召回率与F1值分别高达90.21%、88.36%和89.68%。在拼接篡改数据集中,该方法的各项指标高达95.26%、88.91%和89.69%。在对象移除篡改数据集中,该方法的各项指标为82.91%、80.04%和81.32%。同时,该方法几乎不受JPEG压缩与高斯噪声攻击的影响。说明研究所提算法具有显著的检测性能以及鲁棒性,其为现代数字图像取证领域提供了新的研究视角,也为图像编辑软件课程教学设计提供了方法参考。With the continuous progress of science and technology,the number of digital images published on the Internet is increasing.But many of the images were tampered with by computer-aided design software such as Adobe Photoshop.In view of this problem,the study introduced the joint photography expert group(Joint Photographic Experts Group,JPEG)fingerprint,and used the learning high-pass filter to learn the JPEG fingerprint difference to detect the tampering region.The results show that in the detection of replication mobile tampering data set,the precision and recall and F1 values are 90.21%,88.36%and 89.68%,respectively.In the splicing tampering data set,the various indexes of this method are as high as 95.26%,88.91%and 89.69%.In the object removal tampering dataset,the various indexes of this method are 82.91%,80.04%and 81.32%.Meanwhile,the proposed method is hardly affected by JPEG compression and Gaussian noise attack.This shows that the proposed algorithm has significant detection performance and robustness,which provides a new research perspective in the field of modern digital image forensics,and also provides a method reference for the teaching design of image editing software course.
