摘 要:线上供电服务消息具有海量、类型多的特征,造成用户无法及时获取其想要的消息。为此,构建基于物联网的线上供电服务消息自动化推送模型。通过预测电力用户对线上供电服务消息的评分,构建评分预测的目标函数。以供电服务消息的评分预测模型为基础,给出消息推送的优先级。基于线上供电服务消息自动化推送原理,利用物联网技术将矩阵概念引入到供电服务消息的关键数据成分中,计算供电服务消息的全局异构水准。通过更新供电服务消息的解析式,计算供电服务消息传输的复杂度,完成线上供电服务消息特征提取。将标签作为体现电力用户兴趣偏好和供电服务消息特征的信息,获取电力用户的兴趣特征,以此为基础计算用户对供电服务消息的偏好程度。基于供电服务消息的偏好特征值和特征信息,构建线上供电服务消息自动化推送模型,实现自动化推送。实验结果表明,文中模型可以将线上供电服务消息的推送延时控制在1.8 s以内,网络带宽高于850 bps,满足了线上供电服务消息推送的实时性和效率要求。Online power supply service messages have the characteristics of mass and many types,which makes users unable to get the messages they want on time.Therefore,an automatic push model of online power supply service message based on Internet of things is constructed.The objective function of score prediction is constructed by predicting the scores of power users on the online power supply service messages.Based on the rating prediction model of power supply service messages,the priority of message push is given.Based on the automatic push principle of online power supply service messages,the concept of matrix is introduced into the key data components of power supply service messages by using the Internet of things technology to calculate the global heterogeneous level of power supply service messages.By updating the analytic expression of the power supply service message,the complexity of the transmission of the power supply service message is calculated,and the feature extraction of the online power supply service message is completed.The tag is used as the information reflecting the interest preference of the power user and the characteristics of the power supply service message,and the interest characteristics of the power user are obtained,and the degree of preference of the user for the power supply service message is calculated on this basis.Based on the preference feature vector and feature information of the power supply service message,the automatic push model of the online power supply service message is constructed to realize the automatic push.The experimental results show that the model can control the push delay of online power supply service messages within 1.8s,and the network bandwidth is higher than 850bps,which meets the real-time and efficiency requirements of online power supply service messages.
