摘  要:生物毒性监测有望实现水污染早期预警。利用电化学活性菌(Electrochemically active bacteria,EAB)测定水质生物毒性,具有灵敏度高、响应速度快、不受水体色度浊度干扰的优点。目前,商业化EAB水质生物毒性监测装备已实现了在线监测,但启动时间长达1周,无法即时检测。据此,开展了便携式水质生物毒性即时检测装备设计及研制。首先,设计构建了一款用于水质生物毒性即时检测的EAB生物毒性传感器,启动时间仅30 min;然后,设计了水质生物毒性即时检测方法,构建了一套便携式水质生物毒性即时测定装备;最后,利用典型毒害污染物Hg和Pb,验证了该装备的可行性。Bio-toxicity monitoring holds the promise of achieving early warning of water pollution.Utilizing Electrochemically active bacteria(EAB)for water bio-toxicity assessment offers advantages of high sensitivity,rapid response time,and immunity to water color and turbidity interference.Currently,commercial EAB water bio-toxicity monitoring equipment enables online monitoring but has a startup time of up to one week,preventing on-site detection.Therefore,this study undertook the design and development of a portable water bio-toxicity instant detection equipment.Initially,a rapid-start EAB bio-toxicity sensor was designed and constructed,with a startup time of only 30 minutes.Subsequently,a method for instant water bio-toxicity detection was devised,leading to the development of a portable water bio-toxicity on-site detection equipment.Finally,the feasibility of the equipment was validated using typical toxic pollutants Hg and Pb.
