摘　　要：在线振动管液体密度计检定规程指出标准装置主要由液体介质、被检密度计和标准密度计组成,并对检定过程中液体温度的稳定性提出了较高的要求。因此,设计了由温度单元、压力单元、测量单元及上位机监控单元组成的装置,台式密度计作为原级标准参与在线振动管液体密度计的量值传递。进行了检定规程的温度实验和压力实验,装置温度测量范围10℃~60℃,稳定性优于±0.05℃,压力测量范围0~3 Mpa,准确度优于0.05级,确保线振动管液体密度计检定结果的准确可靠。The verification regulation of online vibrating tube liquid density meters indicates that the standard device mainly consists of liquid medium,tested density meter,and standard density meter,and puts forward high requirements for the stability of liquid temperature during the verification process.Therefore,a device composed of temperature unit,pressure unit,measurement unit,and upper computer monitoring unit was designed,and the desktop density meter was used as the primary standard to participate in the transmission of values for the online vibrating tube liquid density meter.We conducted temperature and pressure experiments according to the verification regulations.The device has a temperature measurement range of 10-60℃,stability better than±0.05℃,pressure measurement range of 0-3 Mpa,and accuracy better than 0.2 level,ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the verification results of the linear vibration tube liquid density meter.
