摘 要:全桥移相技术是大功率开关电源实现软开关和调节输出的一种行之有效的方式,UC3875芯片广泛用于控制全桥移相电路,因此,研究基于UC3875的全桥移相软开关电源具有重要的现实意义。叙述了开关电源的重要发展节点和未来发展趋势,分析了软开关相比于硬开关的优势,在此基础上,分析了全桥移相的基本原理和所存在的问题,阐明了全桥移相在大功率开关电源设计中的意义。进行了基于UC3875的全桥移相软开关电源主电路的设计和主要元器件的参数计算,以此为基础设计了以UC3875作为核心的PWM脉冲发生电路,通过实验验证了主电路和控制电路设计的合理性。Full-bridge phase-shift technology is an effective way for high-power switching power supply to realize soft switching and adjust output.UC3875 chips are widely used to control full-bridge phase-shift circuits,so it is of great practical significance to study full-bridge phase-shift soft switching power supply based on UC3875.This paper describes the important development nodes and future development trend of switching power supply,and analyzes the advantages of soft switching over hard switching.On this basis,the basic principle and existing problems of full-bridge phase shift are analyzed.The significance of full-bridge phase shift in the design of high-power switching power supply is expounded.The main circuit of the full-bridge phase-shifted soft switching power supply based on UC3875 is designed and the parameters of the main components are calculated.Based on this,the PWM pulse generator circuit with UC3875 as the core is designed,and the rationality of the main circuit and control circuit is verified by experiments.
