摘 要:亚太赫兹频段(100-300 GHz)可以提供广阔的未开发的频谱资源,从而满足6G通信系统高速数据传输需求。无线信道特性决定了通信系统的性能,为了支撑亚太赫兹通信系统设计,迫切需要开展该频段信道探测技术研究。介绍了基于矢量网络分析仪开展亚太赫兹频段无线信道频域探测不同模块的设计方法,包括频率扩展、光纤传输、相位补偿、虚拟天线阵列、多链路测量等,在低成本的前提下有效改善了载波频率和测量带宽设置受限、测量距离短、系统幅度相位稳定性、矢网端口数量有限等亚太赫兹频段信道测量的难题。研究成果将为亚太赫兹频段信道探测,乃至未来6G通信系统设计和部署提供重要的技术支撑。The sub-THz frequency band(100 GHz to 300 GHz)can provide vast unexploited spectrum resources,thus meeting the requirements of high-rate data transmission of 6G communication systems.The wireless channel characteristics determine the performance of the communication system.In order to support the design of the sub-THz communication system,there is an urgent need to carry out the research on the channel sounding technology in this frequency band.This paper introduces the design method of different modules based on vector network analyzer(VNA)to carry out frequency domain detection of wireless channel in the sub-THz frequency band,including frequency extender,radio-frequency optical transmission,phase compensation,virtual antenna array,and measurements of multiple links,etc.This effectively improve the dificulties of channel sounding of sub-THz frequency band in a low-cost way,such as the restrictions of carrier frequency and bandwidth setting,short measurement distance,system amplitude and phase stability,and the limited number of vector ports.The research results will provide important technical support for channel sounding in the sub-THz band and even the design and deployment of future 6G communication systems.
