摘 要:毫米波是低空通信的重要技术之一,低空通信呈现出立体空间特性,现有研究缺乏对此场景下的毫米波信道多径特性分析。在对典型城区场景建模的基础上,基于射线追踪技术对低空立体空间信道进行仿真分析,研究了毫米波信道在典型频率下不同发射高度的信道多径统计特性,包括多径数目、路径损耗、均方根时延扩展、均方根角度扩展等。研究发现,发射机高度的增加引起接收机的路径损耗降低,多径数目、均方根时延扩展和均方根角度扩展也表现与发射机高度和传播环境强相关的特性。这些结果为优化发射机布置以减少路径损耗和多径效应提供了重要参考。进一步分析了不同发射机高度信道地图的相关性。最后对莱斯K因子空间分布分析,讨论了莱斯信道中K因子在立体空间中的统计特性。Millimeter wave is one of the important technologies of low altitude communication,low altitude communication presents three-dimensional space characteristics,and the existing research lacks the multi-path characteristics analysis of millimeter wave channel in this scenario.On the basis of modeling the typical urban scene,the low-altitude three-dimensional space channel is simulated and analyzed based on ray tracing technology,and the multi-path statistical characteristics of millimeterwave channel at different transmitting heights at typical frequencies are studied.It includes the number of paths,path loss,Root Mean Square Delay Spread(RMS-DS),Root Mean Square Angular Spread(RMS-AS),etc.It is found that the increase of the height of the Transmitter(TX)leads to the decrease of the path loss of the receiver,and the number of multipaths,RNS-DS and RNS-AS also exhibit characteristics strongly related to the height of TX and the propagation environment.These results provide an important reference for optimizing TX layout to reduce path loss and multipath effects.The correlation of channel maps with different TX heights is further analyzed.Finally,the spatial distribution of Rician K factor is analyzed,and the statistical properties of Rician K factor in the space are discussed.
