摘 要:独立型微电网系统的风、光发电单元出力受风速、光照强度、温度等自然条件因素影响较大,其输出功率具有波动性和间歇性,同时,用电负荷也是随机波动的,这些波动占整个微电网系统总功率的比例往往较高,通过控制储能充放来平抑微电网并网功率的波动,提高清洁能源接入电网的“友好性”,这是一种可行的解决方案。提出基于多源信息融合的储能系统协调控制方法。分析储能系统的工作状况,选取Buck/Boost双向变流器的功率和AC/DC双向变流器的电流作为底层控制对象参数;设计智能控制算法,对参数提取后,通过全连接层融合和选择,由输出层输出潜在控制结果;结合控制算法构建储能系统控制器,采用Buck/Boost双向变流器功率外环和AC/DC双向变流器电流内环相结合的方式实现对储能系统的协调控制。为了验证所提方法在实际应用中是否具有理想的协调控制能力,在风力发电基地对方法展开实验测试,结果表明,所提方法可实现Buck/Boost双向变流器功率和AC/DC双向变流器电流的平衡分配以平抑波动,还能有效控制储能系统电荷维持在390 MC,具有极佳的协调控制效果。The output of wind and solar power generation units in an independent microgrid system is greatly affected by natural factors such as wind speed,light intensity,and temperature.Its output power is fluctuating and intermittent,and the electricity load is also randomly fluctuating.These fluctuations often account for a high proportion of the total power of the entire microgrid system.By controlling energy storage charging and discharging,the fluctuation of microgrid connected power is suppressed,and the “friendliness” of clean energy access to the grid is improved,This is a feasible solution.,a coordinated control method is proposed for energy storage systems based on multi-source information fusion.Analyze the working status of the energy storage system,select the power of the Buck/Boost bidirectional converter and the current of the AC/DC bidirectional converter as the underlying control object parameters;Design intelligent control algorithms,extract parameters,fuse and select them through the fully connected layer,and output potential control results from the output layer;Combining control algorithms to construct an energy storage system controller,the coordinated control of the energy storage system is achieved by combining the Buck/Boost bidirectional converter power outer loop and the AC/DC bidirectional converter current inner loop.In order to verify whether the proposed method has ideal coordinated control ability in practical applications,experimental tests were conducted on the method at a wind power generation base.The results showed that the proposed method can achieve balanced distribution of Buck/Boost bidirectional converter power and AC/DC bidirectional converter current to suppress fluctuations,and can effectively control the charge of the energy storage system to maintain 390MC,with excellent coordinated control effect.
