摘 要:针对传统电车的虚拟电厂调度存在寻优能力低和能量损耗量大的问题,提出一种基于改进鸽群算法的包含电车的虚拟电厂热电联合优化调度求解方法。首先,将电车、热电厂、风力发电和光伏发电设备组合为一个虚拟电厂,并在虚拟电厂中引入电锅炉解耦技术,确定其目标函数和约束条件;然后搭建一个包含电车的虚拟电厂热电联合优化调度模型;最后采用改进鸽群算法对该模型进行优化调度求解。结果表明,相较于改进前的鸽群算法和粒子群算法,改进后的鸽群算法的收敛速度明显更快,寻优能力更强,可应用于包含电车的虚拟电厂调度模型中。在调度模型中采用4种策略进行测试后发现,D策略的出力偏差仅为8.021 MWh,明显低于A、B、C策略。且D策略的环保成本和净利润分别为13 138.83元和782 541.92元,均高于另外3种策略。综合分析可知,采用D策略能够降低虚拟电厂优化调度模型的能量损耗,充分利用了电车与电锅炉的调度特性,提升了虚拟电厂的经济效益。In view of the problems of virtual power plant dispatching of traditional trams,such as low optimization capacity and large energy loss,a method of combined thermal power optimization dispatching of virtual power plant based on the improved pigeon swarm algorithm is proposed.Firstly,the tram,thermal power plant,wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation equipment are combined into a virtual power plant,and the electric boiler decoupling technology is introduced in the virtual power plant to determine the target function and constraint conditions;then,the virtual power plant is built;finally,the improved pigeon flock algorithm is used to optimize the model.The results show that compared with the improved algorithm and particle swarm algorithm,the improved algorithm is significantly faster and better,which can be applied to the virtual power plant dispatching model including trams.After testing with four strategies in the scheduling model,it was found that the output deviation of the D strategy was only 8.021 MWh,which is significantly lower than the A,B and C strategies.Moreover,the environmental protection cost and net profit of D strategy are 13138.83 yuan and 782541.92 yuan respectively,which are higher than the other three strategies.The comprehensive analysis shows that adopting the D strategy can reduce the energy loss of the optimal dispatching model of the virtual power plant,make full use of the dispatching characteristics of trams and electric boilers,and improve the economic benefits of the virtual power plant.
