摘 要:为合理调整变速器加载控制的转速和转矩,并克服励磁电流不均的影响,使分布式驱动电动汽车稳定行驶,研究基于双闭环控制模型的变速器加载控制技术。根据运行机理,变速器的加载由同步电机控制,因此,设计双闭环控制模型:外环使用分数阶PI^(α)D^(β)控制器调节转速,根据转速偏差调整电机转速;内环采用改进模糊PI控制器控制励磁电流,实现转速、励磁电流与转矩的均衡调控。实验证明,此技术在电动汽车变速器加载控制中表现优异,有效调节转速与转矩,并通过优化励磁电流提升变速器稳定性,汽车驱动轮滑移率,仅在初始控制阶段峰值达0.15%,后期稳定在0%。In order to reasonably adjust the speed and torque of the transmission loading control,overcome the influence of uneven excitation current,and ensure stable driving of distributed drive electric vehicles,a transmission loading control technology based on a dual closed-loop control model is studied.According to the operating mechanism,the loading of the gearbox is controlled by a synchronous motor.Therefore,a dual closed-loop control model is designed:the outer loop uses fractional order PI ~αD ~β The controller adjusts the speed and adjusts the motor speed based on the speed deviation;The inner loop adopts an improved fuzzy PI controller to control the excitation current.Due to the linear relationship between the excitation current and torque,adjusting the excitation current can control the torque of the synchronous motor,achieving balanced regulation of speed,excitation current,and torque.Experimental results have shown that this technology performs excellently in the loading control of electric vehicle transmissions,effectively regulating speed and torque,and improving driving stability by optimizing excitation current.The driving wheel slip rate of the vehicle only reaches a peak of 0.15% in the initial control stage,and stabilizes at 0% in the later stage.
