摘　　要：Sincethis year,theglobal newbuilding market has come to a strong recovery,newhuilding orders and prices have risen significantly.By the end of September,the Clarksons new-build price index reached 189.96 points,up 8%year on year,up 50%from September 2020,and has risen for 46 consecutive months since November 2020.
