摘　　要：目的探讨微信小程序智慧管理平台在骨科设备维护管理中的应用效果。方法选择2022年1月至2023年12月医院骨科的15台医疗设备为研究对象,将2022年1月—12月实施传统管理模式的骨科设备作为对照组,2023年1—12月实施微信小程序智慧管理平台管理的骨科设备作为观察组。比较两组维修及时率、设备故障率、抽检合格率、设备管理质量、使用满意度。结果观察组维修及时率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组设备故障率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组抽检合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组设备管理质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组医护人员使用满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨科设备管理中采用微信小程序智慧管理平台,可以有效降低设备故障率,提高设备的维修及时率、抽检合格率、设备管理质量以及医护人员工作效率和使用满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of WeChat mini program intelligent management platform in orthopedic equipment maintenance and management.Methods A total of 15 medical devices in the orthopedic department of the hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 as the research subjects,and follow the management regulations.Different styles,using orthopedic equipment with traditional management mode implemented from January to December 2022 as the control group,the orthopedic equipment managed by the WeChat Mini Program intelligent management platform from January to December 2023 as the observation group.The timely repair rates of two groups and equipment failure rate,sampling pass rate,equipment management quali ty and the w ork efficiency and satisfaction of medi cal staff were compared.Results The timely maintenance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The equipment failure rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The qualification rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The quality of equipment management in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Adopting the observation group management method for post medical treatment.The work efficiency of nursing staff was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions WeChat mini program intelligent management is adopted in orthopedic equipment and management.A management platform can effectively reduce equipment failure rates,improve equipment maintenance timeliness,inspection qualification rates,and equipment management qualityAnd the work efficiency and satisfaction of medical staff.
