摘 要:压力蒸汽灭菌器是利用饱和蒸气对物品进行灭菌的常用设备。灭菌过程验证是确定灭菌过程是否对特定物品具有灭菌效果的测试过程。压力蒸汽灭菌过程验证中的温度与时间验证需要在模拟负载内布置温度传感器测量负载内的温度。但温度传感器探头的横截面积可能影响负载的温度与时间验证结果。该研究通过采用不同横截面积的温度传感器探头进行负载的压力蒸汽灭菌温度与时间验证,探讨温度传感器探头横截面积对压力蒸汽灭菌温度与时间验证关键参数的影响,为实际工作中选择温度传感器类型提供参考。With the pressure steam sterilizer as a commonly used equipment that uses saturated steam to sterilize items,and sterilization process verification as a test process to determine whether the sterilization process has a sterilization effect on a specific item,the temperature and time verification of pressure steam sterilization process requires the placement of temperature sensors in the simulated load to measure the temperature inside the load.However,the temperature and time verification results of the load may be affected by the cross-sectional area of the temperature sensor probe.In this study,with the verification of pressure steam sterilization temperature and time of load by using temperature sensor probes with different cross-sectional areas,the influence of the cross-sectional area of the temperature sensor probe on the key parameters for verifying the temperature and time of pressure steam sterilization was explored,which provided a reference for selecting the type of temperature sensor in practical work.
