精细化管理模式在重症监护室抢救设备管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨精细化管理模式在重症监护室抢救设备管理中的应用效果。方法医院于2023年1月开始在重症监护室抢救设备管理中应用精细化管理模式,比较精细化管理模式实施前(2022年1—12月)和实施后(2023年1—12月)重症监护室护理人员抢救设备知识掌握度、管理效果(抢救设备故障发生率、使用不当发生率及维护操作正确率)。结果精细化管理模式实施后,重症监护室护理人员的抢救设备知识掌握度(97.78%)高于实施前(82.22%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);重症监护室抢救设备故障发生率(6.11%)、使用不当发生率(4.44%)低于实施前(11.11%、8.33%),维护操作正确率(93.89%)高于实施前(89.72%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重症监护室应用精细化管理模式管理抢救设备,可提高护理人员的设备知识掌握度,避免设备故障、使用不当等问题的发生,提高设备的维护操作正确率。Objective To explore the application effect of refined management strategy in the management of emergency equipment in intensive care units.Methods With the implementation of refined management strategy in hospitals starting from January 2023,the mastery of emergency equipment knowledge and management effectiveness(the incidence of emergency equipment failure,the incidence of improper use and the accuracy of equipment maintenance operations)of intensive care unit nursing staff before the implementation of refined management strategy(January to December 2022)and after implementation(January to December 2023)were compared.Results After the implementation of refined management strategies,the mastery of rescue equipment knowledge of intensive care unit nursing staff(97.78%)was higher than before implementation(82.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of equipment failure(6.11%)and improper use(4.44%)in the intensive care unit was lower than before implementation(11.11%,8.33%),and the accuracy of maintenance operations(93.89%)was higher than before implementation(89.72%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of refined management strategies in the management of emergency equipment in intensive care units can enhance the knowledge mastery of nursing staff,avoid equipment failures,improper use,and improve the accuracy of equipment maintenance operations.
